New recording available in AV Library from April Peace Palace Seminar

On 16 April 2015 the PCA and Young ICCA hosted a seminar at the Peace Palace on the subject of "The Practice of Arbitrating in Arab Countries: Avoiding Procedural Pitfalls" with speakers Jil El Ahdab and Shawn Conway.
