Young ICCA Launches Full Tuition Scholarship for the LL.M. in International Business Law at the Université libre de Bruxelles
Young ICCA, in collaboration with the LL.M. in International Business Law at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), is pleased to announce the establishment of the ULB – Young ICCA Scholarship, an initiative designed to provide a full tuition fee waiver for a selected Young ICCA member admitted to the ULB LL.M. in International Business Law programme (ULB LL.M.).
ULB is a leading research university with a strong international outlook. Its LL.M. in International Business Law is an advanced postgraduate programme taught in English, designed to deepen students’ legal knowledge and expertise in the evolving field of international business law. The LL.M. program includes a specialised course in international litigation and arbitration, which combines rigorous theoretical grounding with practical training and exposure to international arbitration practice in Brussels and beyond.
Through this collaboration, ULB and Young ICCA will offer a full tuition fee waiver each academic year commencing in the 2027-2028 academic year, to one Young ICCA member who has applied for the ULB –Young ICCA Scholarship and met the requirements to be admitted to the ULB LL.M. programme.
Applicants wishing to be considered for the inaugural ULB – Young ICCA Scholarship must: (i) be a member of Young ICCA, (ii) apply for admission to the ULB LL.M. through the standard admissions process, (iii) submit a completed Young ICCA Scholarship application form along with their ULB LL.M. application materials by the application deadline of 1 March 2027, and (iv) include a personal statement.
The scholarship will be awarded based on academic merit and demonstrated commitment to the field of international arbitration.
This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of ULB LL.M. and Young ICCA to promoting access to international arbitration, while equipping scholars with advanced academic training and practical exposure in international business law as well as a joint commitment to identifying and developing talent in the field of international arbitration.
