As part of an initiative led by the Young ICCA Mentoring Group under the leadership of Ms. Niuscha Bassiri, Young ICCA and Kluwer Arbitration are pleased to present a webinar exploring the emerging disputes landscape in the commercial space sector.

As space activities become increasingly commercialised and privatised, new questions arise concerning liability, investor protection, insurance mechanisms, and the interaction between public and private actors. Bringing together arbitration practitioners, general counsel, space-law specialists, and industry representatives, this webinar will examine how existing legal frameworks are adapting to the realities of the trillion-dollar space economy.
