Register for the 2023 Certificate in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration
Young ICCA invites its members to participate in the tenth edition of the Certificate in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration, organised by Università degli studi Roma TRE and Associazione Italiana per l'Arbitrato - AIA, with the support of Camera Arbitrale di Milano, ICC Arbitration and ICC Italia. The in-person program will be held from 18 September - 22 September 2023 at the Roma Tre University in Rome.
Led by prominent academics, in-house counsel and practitioners, the Certificate spans five days of engaging sessions, practical roundtables, and interactive workshops on international commercial and investment arbitration. The program also includes participation in the Roma Tre University - UNIDROIT Annual International Arbitration Lecture, delivered by Alexis Mourre, Founding Partner of MGC Arbitration, and former President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Young ICCA - Chiomenti Scholarship
To mark the 10th edition of the Certificate, Young ICCA is pleased to offer one recipient the opportunity to participate in the program for free. The Young ICCA Scholarship, established in cooperation with Chiomenti law firm, will cover the full registration fee.
To apply for the Scholarship, Young ICCA members must submit (in the form of a single PDF): a) a letter of motivation expressing their interest in participating in the Certificate, including a description of their arbitration experience (maximum 400 words); and b) a resume or CV.

The Young ICCA-Chiomenti Scholarship is intended to establish a lasting cooperation between Young ICCA and the Certificate. Young ICCA and Chiomenti aim to renew the scholarship on an annual basis.
