The seminar was hosted by Young ICCA in co-operation with CIArb Young Members and ICC YAF, and with the kind support of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). This free of charge event provided younger practitioners with a hands-on opportunity to develop practical skills in international arbitration.
The topic of the workshop, which was led by an international faculty of highly experienced younger arbitration practitioners, was "Constructing a Case: Fact Finding in International Energy & Resources Arbitration".
