Join us for the joint Young ICCA-TKS Disputes conference in Almaty where you will meet leading arbitration experts from Washington, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Frankfurt, Bishkek, and Almaty. This is a unique opportunity to discuss key aspects of the arbitration procedure, including the initiation of proceedings, the appointment of arbitrators, and the granting of interim measures.
The conference will commence with an opening keynote address by Dr. Stanimir Alexandrov, ICCA President.
The conference will also feature panels on the theory and practice of effective (as well as challenging) cross-examination followed by a panel on career development in international arbitration.
