Young ICCA Skills Training Workshop: Working in Arbitrations involving States

The topic of the Workshop is of particular relevance to younger practitioners who may already be working in or have an interest working in disputes involving states or state entities. The discussion will focus on the practical lessons and strategic considerations particularly helpful to younger practitioners acting for or against states or state entities.
 

The Hong Kong Workshop will be lead by a Faculty of leading arbitration specialists from around the world who will share their experiences, insights and tips, each having prepared hearings in a large number of arbitrations. This interactive event will provide a unique and entertaining opportunity to develop practical skills in preparing hearings and good advocacy, as well as meet other young lawyers interested and practicing in the field.
